Horse and Carriage Company, we are asking you to participate in our Cancer Awareness Horse and Carriage Parade.
Each company is asked to decorate their carriage in observance of cancer awareness.
Awards will be based on decorations and designs according to the judges’ decisions for first, second and third place.
Each entry will receive an event t-shirt, tickets to Friday night dinner and concert, along with an area along
the grounds at The Belmont Luxury Barn to park your truck and trailer, and space for your horses.
If you are a Dance team, we are asking you to participate in our line dancing contest on
Friday evening. Come with your best line dance steps, there will be prizes for the best dance performances.
Prizes for the dance team include $1000 first place prize.
Food truck vendors are welcome to participate with this three-day event to provide your best
cuisine to attendees of the event at The Belmont Luxury Barn.
Registration Fees are as followed:
Horse and Carriage Companies: $250.00
Dance Teams Entry: $200.00 ($1,000 to 1st place team)
Food Truck Entry: $150.00
